Terms of service
1. Who we are
The legal name of the company operating EZ Bill, its commercial licence number, its address in Kuwait and how to reach it.
2. The service
What EZ Bill provides: a bookkeeping application for small businesses, a monthly check of the books, and an accountant who reviews exceptions and prepares year-end statements. What it is not: an audit, tax advice, or a legal filing made on your behalf.
3. The trial and payment
How the free trial works, when the paid plan starts, what is charged and how often, how prices change, and what happens when a payment fails.
4. Your data and who can see it
Your business has its own separate database. Who can open it: you, the people you invite, your designated accountant, and our support staff when you ask for help. Where it is hosted and how it is backed up.
5. The accountant's role
The accountant keeps and reviews your books and prepares statements for filing. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for engaging an independent auditor where the law requires one.
6. What we do not claim
Nothing in the service is audited, certified or approved by any authority. Statements are prepared from the books as you kept them; an independent auditor's opinion is a separate engagement between you and that auditor.
7. Ending the service and taking your data
How to cancel, when access ends, how long your data is kept after you leave, and how you download a complete copy of your books and documents.
8. Contact
Where to send questions, complaints and legal notices.
